Sterlite EdIndia Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Office No. 502, 5th Floor, C Wing, Damji Shamji Corporate Square, Pant Nagar Colony, Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai – 400075, India. For the purposes of this Policy, EdIndia is the “Data Fiduciary” in relation to the personal data collected through this Website.

This Website is not intentionally designed to collect personal data from children. Where the Website or its forms are used in an educational context involving minors (for example, students at partner institutions), we rely on the relevant teacher, institution, or parent/guardian to provide any necessary consent and oversight.
