We empower teachers and administrators to enhance the classroom learning experience by leveraging technology and data analytics. Our strong understanding of communities help us in designing innovative tools, solutions and frameworks to improve the educational landscape in the country.
India’s Education crisis
India’s evolving education system is currently struggling with multifaceted challenges. Not only are the student performance below grade levels, safety and emotional well-being of children in school is also a matter of concern. 1 out of every 2 graduates from our education system struggle to find decent employment due to inappropriate skill set.
A deeper look into the problem highlight issue which are less spoken about, but significantly affect the student outcomes. Inadequate pre-service teacher education, lack of need based in-service teacher capacity development initiatives, limited use of educational data for decision making, and lack of awareness among the community hinders the quality of educators in the education system leading to sub optimal student learning outcomes and limited educational equity.
