Sonakshi is passionate about the ways technology can impact education on a larger scale in India. As a Trustee of Sterlite Tech Foundation, Sonakshi had initiated the Foundation’s work in 400
MCGM Schools through the Virtual Classroom Program from 2012-2017 impacting 100,000 children.  Currently, she is overseeing the Foundation’s foray into data analytics and creation of innovative tech solutions for teacher capacity building. Sonakshi has completed her Bachelors in Arts in Economics from University of Pennsylvania

Ayan is an engineer and a post graduate in management. He loves to dabble in technology and spend time on senior citizen causes. Ayan has a mix of corporate and development sector
experience spending his earlier years in UN, e-governance and leading rural and social business of HDFC ERGO. He has led the India Operations for “Deworm the World initiative” set up by Noble Winners Esther Duflo and Michael Kramer.

Vijay has 11 years working experience of understanding and suggesting solutions for non-profit, education, CSR and not-for-profit sector challenges. He has engaged multiple stakeholders including state
governments & CSR partners to implement high impact education projects in government run schools across India. His assignments were focused on remedial Education, Teacher Development, School Leadership Training, Spoken English and STEM learning in schools.

initiatives by reputed CSRs combine to help Varun innovate education through data analytics. Varun has experience liaising with government officials, drafting reports on educational initiatives and handling project implementation.

research in Environment studies at NIOS schools and college levels. As a teacher educator she has created modules and executed sessions on language pedagogy, teachers’ English proficiency & nature of TLMs post RTE.
