Sanvid – An Ed Tech Initiative To Create A Brighter Future For The Next Generation Of Indians
The Sanvid initiative was envisioned by Mr Raj Darji – the founder of Aarav Solutions. Mr Darji was concerned about the difference in education infrastructure among India’s schools and wanted to find a simple solution to create innovative schools for Indian children. Mr Raj Darji has envisioned Sanvid as a cost-efficient way to bridge the gap between learning opportunities and students everywhere in India.
The education framework for Sanvid includes technology modules that range from an introduction to digital technology to learning coding languages. Sanvid also offers Yoga courses, financial planning, career planning, spoken English, and building a positive mindset.
One of the most powerful features of the Sanvid educational framework is Rent-O-Yantra.
Rent-O-Yantra has been created for students who need access to gadgets such as laptops and mobile phones to practice their technical learning. This feature enables them to rent the device they need at a nominal price for hands-on practice. This initiative aims to strengthen the underprivileged students with technical education and resources so that they can have a similar platform and set similar career goals as those of the urban kids.
We have taken the first step in the Sanvid journey with Maharana PJ School in Jangral, Gujarat. The MPJ School is a vibrant institution full of excellent students who are curious about technology, sciences and arts. We have received an overwhelming response to our initiative in this school, and we are excited to share that our volunteers have begun working with the school staff to start the classes for the students at Maharana PJ School. We have already begun the modules of information technology and life skills, and very soon, we will include Yoga in our curriculum.
